A Santa Monica medical center in California received its largest donation to date, a $25 million gift from an anonymous donor, announced earlier this month.
The St. John’s Health Center Foundation says that the funds will help support the Providence St. John’s Health Center, John Wayne Cancer Institute and Pacific Neuroscience Institute to expand clinical care and innovation.
The organization had launched its Power of Partnership Campaign to support its research programs, and now the new donation will help kick off its $150 million fundraising effort.
