According to new data from a recent analysis published in the medical journal JAMA, people who are more positive tend to have a better shot at life than those who are not.
The analysis included 300,000 people and ultimately found that those who were optimistic had a 35 percent lower risk for heart attack and other serious health issues. And the more optimistic people are, the lower their risk is.
Researchers have found that those who are optimistic tend to have better health habits and coping mechanism to deal with hardship.
