Boston’s Hebrew Senior Life and Brown University has received a five-year $53 million grant from the National Institute on Aging this month.
The grant will be used to help advance research on Alzheimer’s and to improve the services that are currently available to patients living with the disease. Researchers from universities all across the country will be part of the collaboration in advancing research.
More than 40 programs will be put together to study how to provide care and establish better protocol for patients with dementia and related diseases.
