A European doctor is suing the FDA after the agency has blocked several abortion pills that the doctor has prescribed to her U.S. patients.
In the lawsuit she filed that the agency had seized three to ten doses of abortion pills that she has prescriped to her overseas patients and she says the agency has blocked her organization from recieving payments from patients.
