A college scholarships program in Cleveland, Ohio received a $40 million donation from the Cleveland Foundation — the largest the program has received since it launched earlier this year.
The Say Yes to Education scholarships program is seeking to raise $125 million in order to keep the program supporting graduating high school students for the next 25 years.
“For the next 25 years, Cleveland students will have the chance to realize their greatest dreams, shattering barriers that stand in their way to achieving personal success while also propelling our community to extraordinary heights,” said Cleveland Foundation CEO Ronn Richard.
