The new mobile app “ChariPick” allows users to easily make donations of as little as $1-a-day to support their nonprofit of choice, while keeping records for tax purposes. In a world flooded by so many do-good groups, ChariPick personalizes the experience by surveying users’ passions and interests, a feature that makes it easier to sort through organizations vying for consumers’ holiday dollars. Financial giving aside, the app also has a “Volunteer” section to help users connect with local charities to donate skills and time.
