The community-focused DuPage Foundation in Downers Grove, IL has been renewed for accreditation by the National Standards for U.S. Community Foundations, the highest and most rigorous measure of philanthropic excellence in the country. According to the DuPage chair, the renewal marks the foundation’s continued commitment to “transparency, quality, integrity, and accountability.”
DuPage connects local donors and nonprofits in DuPage County to fund projects in arts and culture, education, environment, health, and human services. The organization has an endowment of approximately $63 million.
