Executive Director Bob Rybicki discusses the business of leading nonprofits through times when organizations must be reshaped to provide better service at lower cost. Bob Rybicki began his career as Pastor of the Visitation Catholic Church in Chicago, after receiving a Master of Divinity. He spent the subsequent years in the human services field and has held senior and chief executive leadership roles for organizations including the AIDS Alliance, Chicago Department of Public Health, Shanti, Youth & Family Enrichment Services, and the National Brain Tumor Society.
